With this ever-expanding demand for accommodation, the Board decided some time ago to increase the number of our apartments. In 2020, nine new apartments were built in Dominic Place.
While the Project requires sound and reliable structures for its efficient running, the overall purpose is to offer the residents a safe and friendly atmosphere which is non-institutional and non-restrictive. Our aim is to make them feel welcome and at home.
We now have 34 first-class, fully furnished apartments in our three buildings, two on Granby Lane and our new block in Domnic Place in Central Dublin. All buildings have lifts and are fully accessible for wheelchair users.
