Liam Rooney – General Manager
Liam has over fifteen years’ experience in managing an addiction residential service. He spent five years in the northeast (Meath/Cavan/Louth) developing community addiction services. Working closely with the HSE and local hosing bodies to support the development.
His work with the Project includes managing and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders including the DRHE and HSE and working daily with staff to ensure a high standard of care to those we support. This includes managing challenging and problematic behaviour. Liam is also involved in interagency approaches with other services in meeting and addressing the needs of our residents.

Louisa Kelly - Care Manager
Louisa has been working in addiction, mental health and homelessness for over 25 years. She has experience working within treatment services, community addiction services and with mental health in the community. Louisa has worked closely with the HSE, local authority and many community services.
She is person centred and trauma informed in her approach and believes that every individual is unique and requires individualised support. She has qualifications in addiction, mental health and counselling and psychotherapy.
